LSS PORTAL
Dedicated access routes for client organisations and professional interpreters.
Use your LSS-issued account to submit and track service requests or review your assigned interpreting work. New accounts are issued by the LSS administrator.Your secure workspace
The LSS Portal provides separate areas for clients and interpreters. Clients can submit language-service requests and follow their progress. Interpreters can review assignments offered by LSS and accept or decline them.
Role-based access keeps clients within their own requests and interpreters within their assigned work. Passwords are stored as secure hashes, and portal records are kept in private server storage after hosting setup is completed.
New client organisations can request portal access through the organisation information form. Clients can sign in through their dedicated login page. Interpreters and translators can register, complete a professional profile and apply for work, with LSS approval required before allocation.
Secure portal access
Select the account type that applies to you. Client and interpreter access are separated to support clear permissions and secure role-based access.
New portal users
Portal access is issued only after LSS has verified the organisation and the authorised contact. To make that process clearer and more complete, new organisations can use a dedicated information request form.
The form collects the organisation, authorised-contact, expected language-service and account-administration information LSS needs to review an access request and prepare the appropriate client set-up.
Organisation information request →Submitting the form requests an LSS review. It does not automatically create a portal account.
